Scope
This page explains how to request deletion of your personal or business data without necessarily closing your account.
How to request
Email agent@alter.business with the subject "Data Deletion — [product]" from your registered email, specifying the data you want deleted.
What we delete
- alterai.os: connected business records, documents, and analytics inputs you specify, subject to operational and legal retention needs.
- alterai.apps: project assets you uploaded (business overview, logo, catalogs) and project data, subject to support/warranty retention you can waive.
- alterai.cabs: booking history, pathname records, and profile data; KYC identifiers (partners) are deleted subject to mandatory verification-retention laws.
Exceptions
We may retain limited data where required by law (e.g. tax, accounting), to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements. Such data is restricted and deleted when the obligation ends.
Timeline
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
Confirmation
We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.
