End User License Agreement

1. Licence
Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use alterai.os for your internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions
No copying, reselling, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of the software or its agents; no use beyond your licensed seats/plan.
3. Updates
We may update the software; the licence covers updates provided under your plan.
4. Ownership
All intellectual property in alterai.os, including the agent technology, remains with the Company.
5. Termination
The licence ends on cancellation, expiry, or breach. On termination, stop using the software.
6. Warranty disclaimer & liability
Software is provided "as is." Liability is limited as per the alterai.os Terms. Governed by Indian law, Chennai jurisdiction.
