1. Agreement
By commissioning or using alterai.apps, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
alterai.apps is an agent-driven app-building service. We collect your requirements, build, test, stage, and deliver a website or application for your review and deployment.
3. Your inputs
You will provide requirements, selected modules, and assets (business overview, brand logo, product details and catalogs). You confirm you own or are licensed to use all assets you upload and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Delivery & timelines
Indicative delivery can be as fast as 24 hours depending on complexity. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the completeness of your inputs and your review turnaround.
5. Review & acceptance
We deliver a staged app for your review. Deployment to your domain occurs after your approval. You are responsible for reviewing functionality and content before going live.
6. Ownership & licence
Upon full payment, you own the delivered application and its custom content, except for our pre-existing frameworks, agent components, and reusable libraries, which we license to you for use within the delivered app. We retain ownership of our underlying agent technology.
7. Fees
Fees are quoted per project based on your requirements (per-module pricing may apply in the future). Payment terms are stated in your quote.
8. Support & changes
Post-delivery changes and maintenance may be offered separately. We are not responsible for issues arising from your own modifications after handover.
9. Acceptable use
Do not request apps for unlawful purposes, infringing content, or prohibited categories.
10. Liability, changes, governing law, contact
As per the corresponding clauses in the alterai.os Terms (Sections 11–14), governed by Indian law, Chennai jurisdiction. Contact: agent@alter.business
